What you'll achieve
You'll use Mojo's Ask mode to explore available knowledge and Do mode to review a proposed set of actions before running the ones you choose.
Who this is for
This guide is for an Organisation Collaborator with the permission or assigned action described below. If the navigation or action is missing, check the selected organisation, effective account level, feature state and role before assuming the product is unavailable.
Before you start
Check that you have:
- Mojo enabled for your organisation and suitable AI settings.
- The correct organisation and source record, where relevant.
- Permission to perform any action you intend to run.
1. Open Mojo in the right context
Use the Mojo action offered in the current page. Check the organisation and any record context shown in the window. Mojo is a beta feature; the actions and information available depend on that context and your access.
2. Ask a focused question
Choose Ask. Use a suggested question or describe what you want to understand. Include the scope and period where they matter. Ask for the evidence behind an answer rather than assuming a fluent response is complete.
3. Inspect the citations
Read the answer and open its numbered citations or evidence cards. Confirm that the source supports the specific claim and is current. If the available knowledge cannot answer the question, keep that gap visible and ask the responsible person.
4. Describe a bounded task
Choose Do and explain the result you want, including scope and constraints. Select Build plan. This prepares a proposal; it is your chance to inspect what would be created or changed.
5. Review the proposed actions
Read every proposed item, edit offered fields such as titles, and select only the items you intend to run. Check target records, dates and ownership. If the plan is wrong, go Back and revise the request. Do not run an action merely because it was suggested.
6. Run and verify the selected work
Choose Run selected when the displayed count and actions are correct. Read the result for each item, then open the resulting records. Resolve partial failures individually; do not repeat the whole plan without checking which items already succeeded.
Check it worked
- An Ask answer is supported by the sources you inspected, or its limits are recorded.
- The executed action count matches your selection.
- The resulting records have the intended content, owner and context.
- Failed or incomplete actions remain visible for follow-up.
If something goes wrong

| A citation does not support the answer | Use the source as the reference and report the discrepancy. |
| The plan is too broad | Go Back and narrow the request before running any action. |
| Some actions succeeded and others failed | Open the created records and retry only the unresolved work after checking the failure. |
Human judgement, security and privacy
Mojo can help find evidence and prepare work. Your selection authorises the proposed actions, so review it with the same care as making those changes yourself.

Complete the normal review or approval for the created records. An AI-created draft is still a draft.
