What you'll achieve
You will maintain your organisation's Supplier Hub identity, offerings and selected evidence, then publish only a reviewed external profile.
Who this is for
This guide is for an Organisation Collaborator with the permission or assigned action described below. If the navigation or action is missing, check the selected organisation, effective account level, feature state and role before assuming the product is unavailable.
Before you start
Check that you have:
- Authority to represent the organisation externally.
- Approved identity, locations, contacts, products or services.
- A disclosure decision for every published claim and document.
1. Open Supplier Hub
Choose Our Supplier Hub. Review profile completeness and any request or assurance work before editing public information.
2. Maintain identity and offerings
Update the profile and Products & Services from verified organisation information. Use the organisation location setting to control which approved locations can appear.
3. Choose the public sections
Open Publishing. Review Company overview, Products and services, and Assurance and credentials. The live page includes published offerings and current credentials approved for public use. Review the Source readiness checks. Share policies and other evidence through the separate compliance-pack workflow; do not assume they are included by these switches.
4. Check the public address and content
Open Detailed public-page settings to review the public address and settings. Check the source profile, selected organisation locations, offering publication states and credential eligibility. Obtain approval for the resulting public information.
5. Publish and monitor
Turn on Make the external supplier page public and choose Save publication. Select Open public page and check the resulting view. To withdraw the page, turn that switch off and save; its configuration is retained. Use Requests and Assurance for follow-up.
Check it worked
- The external view matches the approved profile.
- Every claim has a current source and owner.
- No internal-only record or personal information is exposed.
If something goes wrong
| What you see | What to do |
|---|---|
| A location is missing | Ask an Organisation Administrator to review location and supplier-profile inclusion. |
| A claim is out of date | Unpublish or correct it before continuing promotion. |
| The preview differs from the published view | Stop, capture the difference through an approved support route and avoid further publication changes. |
Human judgement, security and privacy
Publication is a disclosure decision. Marketing value does not override confidentiality, accuracy or the rights of people named in the profile.
What's next
Set a profile review date and assign owners for expiring evidence and incoming requests.
Need help?
Use your organisation's approved Backstory support route. Include the organisation, page and action that failed, but do not include passwords, invitation links, secret keys or unnecessary personal or confidential content.
